I was able to use the hairdryer intuitively without any problems and find the size and holding of the hairdryer practical. I also find the length of the cord ideal. I like the feel of the air jet. Ok, wow. To everyone with long hair who doesn't have the patience or time for a long blow-dry... Believe me, I have a lot of thick hair and it would never have occurred to me to wash my hair at half past six in the morning when I have to leave the house at half past seven with 4 kids. You don’t want to exchange the product, but simply return it? Within 7 days (after the parcel has arrived), we can refund you the amount, minus a processing fee of CHF 29.00, provided the goods are in perfect condition. For returns received after this period, we offer a refund in vouchers.
Sure! You can even choose whether you would like to receive the voucher by mail together with a pretty card or, perfect for last-minute individuals, we can send you the code by email. We will do the latter within 72 hours.
Our products are personally packed by us and sent in a cardboard box. For safety reasons, electrical appliances are shipped in original plastic packaging. It is not possible otherwise to do otherwise, as in this case the safety and functionality of the item has top priority. We do however, deliberately avoid unnecessary plastic packaging. The delivery is usually sent by Swiss Post or another common shipping company.
The advance recycling fee is shown as a fixed amount when you buy a new appliance. Anyone who buys a new appliance pays the advance recycling fee (ARF) not for the future disposal of appliances, but for their current disposal. The money is not accumulated, but used immediately for disposal. The revenue from the ARF is transferred to the financing pool (ARF fund).
